Ingredients and tools

Dark Fantasy Choco Fills - 150 gm

For the cupcakes

Unsalted butter - 100 gm

Castor sugar - 200 gm

Eggs - 3

Baking flour - 180 gm

Cocoa powder - 30 gm

Baking powder - 6 gm

Milk - 100 ml

For the cookie cream frosting

Dark Fantasy Choco Fills - 100 gm

Whipping cream - 3 nos

Cupcake sprinkles to garnish


Electric hand blender, bowl, cupcake moulds and oven.

To prepare

The cupcakes

Combine the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.

In a bowl cream the butter along with castor sugar using a hand blender.

Add the eggs one at a time, continuously creaming the mixture till it is light and fluffy.

Fold in the flour mixture. Finally add milk to loosen the cupcake batter. Pour the batter into cupcake moulds. Add halved and quartered Choco Fills and bake the cupcakes at 180oC for approximately 30 minutes. Allow the cupcakes to cool.

The cookie cream frosting

Add crushed Dark Fantasy Choco Fills to whipped cream.

To Assemble

Spoon the whipped cream frosting on the cupcakes.

Decorate with sugar sprinkles.
